it may be , I'm here so early b/c I follow this stock for years , I thought that they will R/S , but as some one said stocks like this one " pharma cancer stocks" may run even with multi billion O/S and I have to agree , once the paid promo starts in full force 0.01 + is possible , BBD_ recent run prove this with over 2 billions O/S.
