Not to say your information does not have many value, but as the company's sales are 95%+ within Shanxi province right now, the more meaningful information is on Shanxi economy. Provincial developments varies by hudge degree in China. Shanxi is expected to grow 13% this year, compared to 7.5% - 8% for entire nation. The province is just starting to catch up with first-tier provinces such as Hebei (Beijing), Jiangsu (Shanghai), Gauangdong (Guangzhou area), and Sichuang (ChongQing) and still have long way to go. That's why it is growing at such high speed.
Also, the provincial government has just approved 1 trillion infrastructure spending. Do you know how much gasoline and diesel these projects will consume?
Don't forget until 3 years ago no biggest national/international companies like Foxconn will set foot in the province. Now they are all flocking in to take advantage of the province's rich resources and still cheap labor and improving infrastructure (e.g. rail roads and high ways). LPH is in one of the least risky business in one of the fastest growing province in the world.
