Thanks DGHHI - If these folks still own shares, then my assumption is that in order for them to make any money the stock would have to trade north of $0.20 per share.

I wonder if these folks were part of the "old regime"? My assumption is YES and then their dismissal (or departure) from the company they may forfeited or sold the shares.

Not sure but it would be interesting to see if they re-appear on any filings 10-K's, 10-Q's etc.
