Sorry, but that is not right, the SAS was missing from the 10Q on that date, the big ole "E" was not added until just 30 days ago and they are now at the deadline to have it straightened out, which they did not, so that leaves alot to question about the validity of ole sirg"E", futhermore, it was being claimed that Rod was spoken to in the middle of a meeting and that Marcum said it would be resolved by last friday, well we now know that was not being true.
