First of all those calls were before the news.

Secondly we now know mgmt waited at least a day to notify shareholders of the default of loan. I guess it is safe to say than mgmt may have known of the trial problem before the release on Monday. The question is when did they know? Did they know three days before and that is why the had to release the news Monday morning? Why not release it on the previous Friday or during the week? Why at the beginning of the week before the market? All imo.
