Have any of you bothered to call IGMR and ask them directly what the LOI entails? Or ask them how long they think it will take to get Electricity, Water, Equipment into Death Valley? Not to mention the permitting in the State of California is 100 times more difficult to get than in MOST States.

And CS, please keep in mind that the PR was paid for, there is no way on Earth to proove its validity, there might not even be an LOI involved here.
