Not blaming anyone at all. Happy some people are making money. Many of us will not be able to. And like Richard said on another board there are three outcomes here: 1) they bring a bunch of patent litigation and are successful (not happening in my opinion for reasons gone over multiple times here); 2) the alleged "tech" called Nunchi actually exists, is bought by someone, and produces large, ongoing revenues (not happening in my opinion - doesn't exist in my opinion); 3) turn out the lights, the party's over.
