I wouldn't worry too much about the frost and footings issue. That's why God invented tenting and heaters. Even works in Alaska at sub-zero if you get the cure mixed right in the concrete.

I promise to buy our local "spy" one for you in November. Dang, I'm itching for the trip. Alot can happen in the next 6 weeks and I'm excited thinking about what I'm about to see with my own eyes.

As to the new grog recipe.................well, you're the brewer, so we'll just have to trust you. Again. Haven't let us down yet!
