If you gave me 11M plus dollars to invest and I was broke would you loan me more money to try again?

Thats where SMKY is. They have lost alot of money already trying.

If the future is bright then why are they only able to secure toxic convertible debt financing?

Every round is dilution at shareholders expense. I fail to see the "incredible growth" aspect except the amount of outstanding shares.
