For those who do not know what happened with the A/S.

MJNA recently took out a line of credit and as collateral and backed the LOC with shares of the company. The Shares were only to be collateral in case MJNA used and them and subsequently defaulted on that LOC. Initially, the company increased the A/S to 950 million but later realized and decided that that was not in the shareholders best interest, so the BOD decided to reduce the A/S and use their own personal shares as collateral instead of increasing the A/S and backing them LOC with the "NEW" shares.

Nice! That ought to ba an impetus for us to go up tommorrow! CoccoPuffs...I am not worried at all I was being sarcastic actually...I will be buying more this week myself...I will never have anywhere near that many shares but I live a very spartan lifestyle and do not need hundreds of thousands of shares...I sure wouldn't mind having them though!! I am just a poor broke guy trying to get ahead and MJNA will be my ticket to a bit easier life...Locked and loaded with some dry powder to smak dat ask!! LOL

Why is there a $ sign in front of the number of shares? Doesn't make sense to me unless each share is worth $1.00
