bocx red flags(IN MY OPINION):

1-they said in a PR "fda approved" instead of cleard

2-manegment did not disclose that the broker/dealer DUMPED bocx.

3-manegment DUMPED ALOT of share WITHOUT generating any revenues/profit for the company.

4-the company is out of cash but considering acquisition ?!

5-upfront payment was only 250.000 for the holy grail of cancer diagnosis!!!

6- bocx was not allowed to use ABBOTT name without their written consent.

7-bocx deleted all press releases prior to march 2003 from there website?!

8-THE MOTHER OF ALL RED FLAGS: the SEC halted our bocx then dropped us to the pink sheets and that was 18 MONTHS AGO!!
