Looks more like the old NPU's have been re-engineered and containerized for handling and shipping....off-the-shelf plug and play units. Very smart! So is FEI's marketing plan IMO.

I don't see this as conflicting with contracts ECOS may have initiated prior to their agreement with FEI.
