How can the MM's know what the stop losses are that people have set. Do they just keep dropping the price as long as they get shares or can they see the stop losses people have set?

I think we have to face the possibility that the settlement wasn't great and people are dissappointed. This is a heck of a lot of selling these past two days. I hope i'm wrong.
