It looks to me like momo player action today, not EDIG longs adding more because a modification to the '737 patent allows it to be saved from being invalid. Only one claim from '737 was included in the Colorado litigation and it was an afterthought added later.
It's been quite a while since the momos played EDIG. They got burned too many times in the past when Jerry Polis and the other friendly financier FOWs dumped into any action.
