I don't follow you. Chang has been seen as a provider (via IPA), but he has done quite well getting 100's of millions of VSPC shares for payment of a worthless grass sub license, then foreclosing.
Why isn't Karl being mentioned in a lawsuit? Jan was mentioned "in the hood" because he misled people over the phone, but it's his word "agin" the caller(s).
Karl suggested in PR's the huge deals were all but certain, but in the filings he made it clear just how useless the sub license was as well as how it was very unlikely a deal would ever be reached.
The OAMOT gang is trying to make Chang out to be the bad guy. Karl, who has little-to-no success as a bidnessman, is seen as trustworthy and competent. Of course they also suggest Dr. S is the new CEO.
