What is your reasoning for the Nov. 15th deadline Lasers? I may have read it before but can't recall. Just curious.

Formal FDA/DEA approvals any day between now and Nov 15, 2012. PRs are already written because Elite knows exactly what the FDA/DEA has verbally approved.
