Not sure how you pulled it off but you stated "real chance of bankruptcy at this point..." and how in the world would one know that Peregrine was going to file a lawsuit against CSM and CSM was truly this close to Bankruptcy? No limits on "constructive fraud..." and one week away before finding out how JBs secret books could spell doom for those she writes about.
