The SEC may be the decider on this matter, obviously you haven't seen the disclosure either. Well, maybe she made a diary video that has been released yet. rotfl

Am I right or am I wrong that she has an SEC obligation to reveal here compensation amount, shares, cash, or combo? Where has she revealed such info? I cannot find it. Tia, don't want her violating an SEC rule due to lack of knowledge. :-D

And, if the 10K to the SEC comes (doubt it) and it shows the recent funding is somewhat different that what was PR'd, the SEC will likely be all over them. They don't take kindly to such activity.
