fff...no dispute that CLYW's registration is revoked and will no longer trade...the company is under a Delaware Court of Chancery mandated receivership---tasked to litigate the active patent infringement case vs T-Mobile (seen below along with the docket schedule), sell the patent, and windup/dissolve the company...

after claims are paid, we are here for the distribution of the patent case win/settlement and sale :-)
