Give me the proof! You have not 1 shred of proof. It's not stated in a filing at all. What it states is WSRA sold their 40M preferred series E for $400k to private investors! Lovito stated no toxic financing, no R/S, and if they'd only stayed with the Gold Star/Gold Crown only, it would've been done within the current A/S. The Azurite Mine is providing even more potential for shareholder value so I'm good with it. Especially if some are put up for collateral. We won't know until we hear something from them.
