Sorry I do not have PM capabilities, I'm too cheap but want to respond to your PM to me. Your right and I think it goes further; as I have stated in another post, I believe some of this years actions are politically driven from the top which makes things even worse because I firmly believe the necessary work to insure adequate actions are being taken in proper cases are not being done.
