I disagree that a RS is coming anytime soon. I think at a later date its a possibility only if the company can get to a point of a higher uplist but I see this as a ways away 'if at all'. I don't see an increase in the authorized share count coming.

Capital need not be raised issuing equity - there are creative ways to engineer capital. Also, the company stated that it will issue PP "at a later date". PP at these levels are not helpful for a numbers of very obvious reasons - one in particular which will not be mentioned but should be easily seen and understood.

I don't see "immediate" revenue generation as a goal here but would not mind seeing something that could subsidize start up costs, etc.

In spite of everything I will give this much...its the PPS that does the talking and right now it ain't talking. Its up to sney to tell the story.

simple answer to your question is some are still blindly following the stock/company. I guess when one marry's a company they tend to ignore the facts as they unfold.

Austin you numbers are incorrect hence the RS in really a possibility right now.

1 Billion shares is not 150k but rather 1.5m. Much more than SNEY requires.

I believe they plan to float between 150k-250k shares and raise about 100-200k for operations. This is based on the discount to market. Unfortunately this will add 150-250k options.

Also it would be in their best interests to stay away from a RS until funding is wrapped up. Doing it ahead of time will be extremely detrimental to their efforts.

Long story short, SNEY sucks as a company and that is clear but they sit on a potentially huge windfall concession. I feel confident if they remove Steve Parent, SNEY will absolutely explode and show success. He is a cancer to the corporations he is associated with.

I hope to see him either resign or get removed.
