I agree that most of it could be prepared before-hand. I am just leaving room for any agreement revisions or stipulations added by Chinese gov't.
As far as the bizarre trading (like the large trade at 57 lowering the b/a)... didn't we see some very strange stuff happening the last time before we took a big step up three or four weeks ago?
