Another law firm having to sue MediaG3 for non-payment of legal fees.
How does Val Westergard have money to implement this supposedly phenomenal city-wide WiFi service hiring independent contractors and outside call centers when he can't even pay legal fees for defending the multiple lawsuits which are all for non-payment issues.
If MediaG3 truly had millions of dollars in tangible assets as shown on the balance sheet, why doesn't Westergard liquidate some of them or get asset-backed loans? Could it be they are bogus?
If they tried to serve him at 1501 S Federal Way, they found that MediaG3 has never had an office there. These are lawyers who likely don't appreciate their former client attempting to avoid a process server.
Val Westergard's typical MO is to not show up for the hearing, which allows the plaintiff wins a default judgment.
