Again, that's all I take issue with. To say that it definitely exists, that we are definitely meeting with prospects, etc., is conjecture based solely on a video demo and Fred's/EDIG's statements.

Incorrect....

In addition to publically stating to have conducted demos and meetings with several prospective partners at the SHM Sept 1, 2011, this is from the Feb 9, 2012 PR:

“We are continuing to develop our Nunchi™ technology. The patent-pending Nunchi platform consists of an infrastructure for mobile devices and host servers, hosting third-party application specific signal processing algorithms. These algorithms analyze data collected by multiple sensors on mobile devices. The Consumer Electronics Show last month allowed us to privately expose Nunchi to potential partners as part of our marketing efforts to exploit this new technology.”

That's not conjecture....the tech exists.

And my point is that in the event that one has not seen the video, and does not believe the public statements made by eDigital that it has been tested by employees, then to say that we'll never see eDigital's Nunchi (Or Nunchi does not exist, which is pretty much the same thing) is conjecture/opinion based on even less information than those who have seen the video and do believe the public statements.
