Good Morning,

One person owns over 90 percent. Yet if you look at the last annual report stock options available to the other management were never executed. No form 4's filed other than the ones for the payments of the directors for their appearance at the annual meeting.
I'm sure management knows the up or downside of their stock, the fact that no one is buying should tell you the confidence is not in this stock. Making over 150 thousand, the CEO doesn't purchase any of TEVE stock?? Not one in how many years?? November will be very interesting, one way or the other.

I bought recently some hundreds shares for 10.01 and NITE moved to 40. I wonder what NITE would do if I would buy his 200 for 40. He would short and move the price to 100?

If there would be a functioning control by SEC I would do so just for the sake of fun. But SEC would never ask why do you want to buy shares only for 4$ when you can sell them for 100$? We know why. But under the obligation to keep liquidity would NITE not be obliged to increase the BID closer to ASK? Of course not, as these markets, like Gold, Silver, LIBOR, bonds, shares..all are screwed by criminals and SEC is "watching".
