the management of mdce are all chinese so i'm sure they know about business etiquette in china. i'd gather that because they got the licenses so fast, that they know their way around the chinese business world. if they were american or canadians, and without chinese assistance, imo, they wouldnt have been able to get the licenses or as quick. jmho
