Very true that if the news will hit in September it will have to be by COB on Friday, September 28th, if it is to make a difference in the PPS this month. The news could come after hours on the 28th, 29th, or 30th, and we would see the impact on the first trading day in October. Please keep in mind that not all news have produced lasting results....a momentarily spike only.
