To run a good pump or manipulation there has to be something to tout. They can use almost anything, but if the earnings reveal that the "Emperor Has No Clothes", that can cause the whole plan to go down the toilet. So, it would be better if the pump/manipulation came and went before earnings was revealed. Either that, or wait a significant period of time so they won't be a factor again. Did you notice that David changed his business model for the quarter ending 8/31? IMO, that was done for a reason. ie. Cover the fact that the previous one wasn't working. This way there is no way to compare directly. It's apples and oranges. Not apples to apples. Usually, Southridge takes them down to this level, then lets them lay there for a month or so. Then, they manipulate them up 3-10X from the low. That's based on looking at charts for 22 companies that they did business with in the last two years. Also, Southridge can own 10% of the stock. No more. Why would they wait once they are loaded? They can trade what they have, but David can't PUT more. Which they must be by now. If Southridge does the run up now, they clean out their account, and David is good to go to PUT more shares. They have an obligation to David too. So, that would work out best for both parties. And if you don't think they are coordinating things, then you are in La La Land.
