Do you know at what price do they buy cattle from the external growers, at what age? On the sell side, does the 46,000RMB per head include slaughter/deboning expenses? So the per head price would then be a calculated price based on say 60-65% meat to live weight? I donot think the restaurants would receive live cattle since they can't process it themselves, can they?
