So you are saying the generic of a 100m branded product Elite is working is a first to file product. It very well could be. 100m for a branded product is quite a lot. It is listed as being in scaleup but I don't think we will hear more about it until approval. Maybe someone will ask on the next CC.
Sure we are. Go through your list and explain which patents are specifically related to the type of microtablets Elite is working toward. Its your list, after all. If you can't do that, just admit it and drop the argument. No need for excuses.
