Up until the arrival of former CEO Joe, the scam, Kozak, IBM was paying ANTS monthly fees for utilizing its ACS proprietary technology. ANTS needed to recruit customers to migrate their system, and ANTS didn't do that. Or I should say Joe didn't do anything except diluting the stock and tanking the PPS from $3 to .01. LOL!
