I don't think hyper tech raptor is around anymore or at least I couldn't find anything about it on the web. The galtech site has nothing more about them since 09. I think the dr was simply looking for a shell and found galtech.

Concerning stock split. This may not mean what it says in news release. The split in reality may be shares being issued to dr kautzman.
