And when there's that last minute spike there will be an opening sell many days, or else the stock would rise. And GDSM certainly isn't rising. LOL

Yes, called "painting the close" or "window trimming." What's hilarious is when some trader tries to sell a few shares into that spike... It doesn't work. His sell will go thru at a weak price and the higher closing spike will come thru just seconds later.

Sometime in the final 5 minutes or so you'll notice a flutter of last minute trades wildly bouncing up and down like the EKG of a man in cardiac arrest. But almost always, the final trade will be at the days high.

So that final trade (sometimes it's less that $20 in size) is only for window trimming. Kinda like the fake storefronts in a Hollywood western.

Lately if you payed attention to the "VOLUME", GDSM has not traded 4 to 5mm per day?? When and if someone is converting shares as you state, you think, that they convert and sell immediately? And the announcement has not been made public of the E shares, as to the reason for the issuing and has not stated who received the shares and for what purpose. So your "PSYCHOLOGICAL" and "FACTLESS" interrpatation of the situation as it trades, does not hold "WATER".

Concerning GDSM BEING UP AND UP OR NOT,One thing a lot of folks forget to mention in these penny stocks is that these CEO's do not do this for free and when a company is in the development stage or hasnt obtained sufficent revenues then they will indeed cash in their "share's/ checks"for compensation and also a lot of times T'A 's have to be gaaged because of the huge number of caller's that call in every day to ask the same redundant question.So yes there are many scandelous company's out there and there are also many folks who are telling untrueth's due to ignorance about the topic they are trying to discuss.In the end we must do our own DD and not rely upon amature investors from IHUB to lead us either way.Officially until this stock is "delisted" then we must be bound by the fact the SEC obviously hasnt found them doing anything un-ethical in relation to the various laws written to protect investor's from fradulent activity.
