Just got done snooping at SEC and looked at some FAQs for signatures for docs(primarily i looked at s-8 requirements) at SEC;my my the rules!
Still digging but there are rules for e-signatures( /s/ ) on docs and also images of signatures and where thay are and are not acceptable.
Intresting IMO the signature type differences vs old s-8 and this new one.
From what I gathered in faqs, if an doc is not a "required" one, a pic of a signature may be acceptable in an html document if certain formatting requirements are met IMO.
No biggie, just the odd color of that sig on doc spoke "Warning Will Robinson" again IMO considering all thats been going on.
