This is true, but I expect them to let it breath a bit to get the PPS up. No doubt AGS would love to sell some at a higher price and the company would rather issue them at higher price too.

If you look at other companies AGS does deals with the share price usually makes a nice run, then the PPS collapses. This is a great short term play IMO and I believe many more PR's will be released over the next month.
