My spidey sense tells me that you are a legitimately concerned shareholder and I do remember reading some of your takes in the past. You have so thoughtful perspective.
The amount of shares is outrageous and most people would be more than curious as to a company that had so much to brag about 2 years ago has been reduced to a no bid situation.

No Idea why a broke company is flying overseas to tropical destinations, and going international. Last time I check there are lots of rooms in USA.
OS- too large of number for me to comprehend and I'm good at math it's in the several billions. Shareholders diluted in my opinion about 20 times more than than they should have. This ethically is what is wrong with the whole picture. It's just WRONG.
Financing, well I heard a lot of info from Shivas cc's and the guys that allegedly visited him that there is tons of money waiting to come in. Where is it? All I see is the Canouse types trolling around trying to still pump this thing. Show me some VCs, traditional financing was announced over a year ago.
