Are you suggesting that continuous compliance with SEC reporting requirements is a trivial matter? It is a major item that sets OTCQB stocks several steps above the pinkies you refer to.
You can say anything you want. It's (still) a free country. But telvue is OTCQB and fully reporting. It is not a pink and doesn't even classify as a penny stock anymore. It won't be long until it uplists. But I believe we will see the short squeeze sooner than that anyways.
