Network
EZ2Companies.com is in the process of upgrading existing server networks to allow for necessary upgrades to allow for increasing traffic. During
this time some site\'s services may be unavailable.
Websites
Ez2Auction continues to grow in leaps and bounds. The recent iPod promotion showed an increase of over 500 new members, and saw an additional 13,000 auction listings. New upgrades coming this month include an invoicing system upgrade for sellers to contact buyers more easily, and handle sold items. Alexa rankings show the site in the top 100,000 of sites visited,
with the highes rank reaching the top 50,000 visited site on the internet. .
EZ2Stream.com also continues to grow, with an influx of new members after the Ebay Radio interview on August 23rd. Another interview by CTO Paul Vizard was recorded on Shutterbug Radio, an affiliate of EBay Radio. This interview outlined the uses for EZ2Stream.com,
for auctions and website video blogs and to describe products and services on
general use websites
EZ2Ask.com has undergone major programming changes to include additional deep crawl results, and the ability to purchase advertising in the form of banners and text keyword links. Advertisers can choose how many keywords they wish to own in their campaign of search term results. Both the search bar and the EZ2Ask Desktop have been upgraded to new versions. Pricing
starts as low as $1 per keyword to be the top listing in the results page. For
example, you could purchase the keyword \'auto\' and be the top search
above all others.
EZ2Vacation.com is expected to be updated shortly to include consolidation of Jet99 travel and rewards program.
EZ2Diet is currently being redesigned behind the scenes for re-launch very soon. The format will include purchases of health products and food delivery diet plans.
EZ2Movies is expected to come back online as a digital movie theater where streaming movies can be viewed, where users purchase blocks of minutes to view the movies.
EZ2Banywhere.com is in final completion to allow auction users, for a small monthly fee, the ability to track auctions on their hand held devices.
EZ2Date.com - The spinoff is with the legal department awaiting certain SEC documentation and approval, an update will be released when available.
EZ2Swing.com A new event ticket search is presently being tested, where users can find and book tickets to golf events as well as tickets to over 2,000 other sporting events.
EZ2Roommate.com - No changes in this site at present.
EZ2mortgage.com - No changes in this site at present.
EZ2Rent.com is set to be sidelined for the timebeing.

EZ2Speak.com is set to be sidelined for the timebeing.
EZ2 Acquisitions.
EZ2 Companies Intent to Acquire Assets of Anizei Computers Corp. d/b/a Shopperwiz.com is in the legal due diligence phase, and also subject to the terms and conditions of the purchase. Shopperwiz is an internet retailer of computer peripherals and related products. Anizei has reported to the Company that Shopperwiz had sales in excess of $9 million in 2004 and $7 million in 2003. The transaction is subject to the execution of a definitive agreement, mutual due diligence reviews by the Company and Anizei and a monthly minimum sales requirement by Shopperwiz of $400,000 for two successive months.
Jet99
The purchase of Jet99 has been completed, and the website and user integration is set for completion shortly.
EZ2 plans for 4Q of 2005.
EZ2Companies.com continues to grow. While expenses are higher than 2004, this is due in part to an expansion of infrastructure, and salaries. Several websites continue to attract new users, increasing the fees generated from the use of the website's services.
Online advertising representatives, Adbrite, will begin to sell advertising links and banners on behalf of EZ2Companies.com, representing their busiest sites. EZ2Companies.com will receive 75% of revenues generated from the ad sales, and Adbrite will handle all ad scheduling, billing and customer service with advertising clients.
EZ2Stream.com is currently under review by Ebay.com as a certified solutions provider. This will confirm the video streaming service as an integral part of auction selling for Ebay users.
Negotiations are underway to acquire specific websites with large user databases, in particular, several auction related websites. Information on possible partnerships or buyouts will be released when appropriate.
