Why is everyone so harsh on GL? There are some on this board that continue to make great points and arguments based on facts and there are others that simply make statements that have no merit. It's pretty clear from most of us that have been "invested" in this "company" for the past 10 years who's who. Frankly, I wish no one renewed the corporate docs this past year so the entity could have officially died and I could have taken the tax write-off. Keeping this on my screen is a painful reminder of the idiotic move I made purchasing it. I know one thing, this will continue to remain dysfunctional until all parties get on the same page. I know nothing about JH and what he's trying to do. I just don't see how he could try to do anything with all of the existing liabilities remaining over this shell. To my knowledge nothing has been cleaned up. This is fact whether you like either of these guys. So the question still remains, who would ever put in another dollar into this shell with this o/s liability. I couldn't imagine anyone. GL is trying to get answers. JH has remained silent and plans on ignoring these issues. It makes no sense for me to argue that JH has no legal claim to this stock because there are a select few on this board that never provide the answers to most of our questions. Everytime I log on, I feel like I'm listening to a broken record. If someone has any more FACTS to provide, I am always willing to listen. Until then, I'm 100% behind the guy trying to get things cleaned up.
