yes it can be fun but better be in and out as the SEC has a great habit now of halting these companies now when they have not filed in years.

take a look at the QTEK as this summer they halted it and everyone got stuck.
Just be fast and in and out for sure.
no good if you get stuck in a grey sheet downlisting and this has the making for it on lack of filings.
