We already covered this and you never answered. Can any of these patents get down to .25mm size level. If not, why did you post them?

Simply incorrect.

Lets start with number 1 of the "176 microtablet patents" list.

Patent 8,258,159 - Inhibitors of the .alpha.2.beta.1/GPIa-IIa integrin

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to small molecule inhibitors of the .alpha.2.beta.1/GPIa-IIa integrin, as well as methods of production, use, and therapeutic administration thereof.

Later on in the patent text..

In addition, dosage forms of the present invention can be in the form of capsules wherein one active ingredient is compressed into a tablet or in the form of a plurality of microtablets, particles, granules or non-perils. These microtablets, particles, granules or non-perils are then placed into a capsule or compressed into a capsule, possibly along with a granulation of the another active ingredient.

These are the only times these words are mentioned in the entire patent. It is obvious that this patent is not directly expressing intent to cover "microtablets", "compressed", or any combination of the 2 and to argue otherwise is nonsense.

Once again, Elite and everyone else on this board are not claiming that microtablets do not currently exist. They are applying for a patent for a smaller size of microtablet than what is currently being produced successfully, as stated in the patent application.

Please stop posting misinformation.
