I'm just explaining to you how to make real money in the market. I dont for one minute think you would really do it. Only a few ever structure things this way. They fail to realize it is the way for not only current holders to make money but the way they can also make the most money.

you presume that the somewhat "investor group" holds your shares forever..

i'm betting that as soon as PPS is around 0.005 the "investor group" doesn't wait a second to push "sell" button..
