Lets say you lowered as to 1 billion. Returned 200 million to treasury to fund acquisitions while the investment group is buying up shares on open market like you said earlier. You can not see the benifit of still having 500 million shares in th .50-$1 range as opposed to 700 million in the .001 range?

I believe that you're not selling stock but it was a mistake to not buy-out the other controlling shareholders of SPFM before marketing yourself and attracting new investors at .0050++

Your reputation is already getting hammered in the "speculative" Pinksheet market since the upside in the stock is limited given these massive volumes at these low levels.
