I get that TK and that is something most of us have seen and/or heard at some point. Here's my rebuttal though. If we have a con on our hands and we have an investigative team at the SEC now monitoring this situation, you can bet your bottom dollar they will be monitoring every sentence that Mr. Reid write from the moment the suspension began, moving forward.
His own PR stated that the SEC is looking into unverified claims against the company for the dissemination of PR's and information to the public, so be damn sure the SEC is monitoring further communication.
Why then slip your neck into the noose and come out with an additional statement saying you stand by all information as real and valid, that the SEC can now use in any court of law they wish to use it in? That is either someone who is confident that they can vindicate their company and continue to operate or a really stupid con man.
Ultimately this remains to be seen, but I sure as heck would like additional clarity as to the specific violations or charges against KMAG. I highly doubt I'll be appeased, I have no choice but to wait, but I am with the large majority in saying that we are damn well owed an explanation and a quick one at that.
