They key is as you stated, a guaranteed rig “with vetted crew”. I like the idea and believe it is within the realm of possibilities. Planning is such a huge part of this endeavor. IMO, the short time frame to drill prior to the end of 2011 played a large part in the series of fiascos that took place at Sabu. It would scare the frijoles out of me to see HDY go rig hunting again.
