Not sure I get this, the "usually". Does this indicate that on govt docs that a govt official has to be used, but they can use a private legal rep for other non govt things? Just curious your take on this.

I’m not sure how you can buy the explanation why the only 2 names on the entire approval document are conveniently “blocked”. And I can’t believe any person directly related to the company or even its subsidiaries are mentioned at all on this document. This lack of information renders the document useless, and unverifiable, which in my opinion, is exactly the goal of this release. Give the investors something that looks official to try to quell the doubters, but don’t give the investors enough information to verify that any of it is actually real. 40 posts trying to clarify a PR? Really? Come on guys. Call it what it is.
