Thanks, I spent most of my morning on NLG and CHAR but I though it was the least I could do considering how much I get from the great posters here.

To answer your questions:

1. No mention of reorg. after the purchase. The Board does not even really know the details of the deal. I asked if the officers received post acquisition deal from the buyer but the answer was no.

2. October 12 is actually the date for the full proposal. At that point I guess the Board will make a recommendation and the proxies will be sent out. I am not clear about the exact time table but I will find out.

3. Nobody asked about Conoco. I should have because I noticed your posting but I did not sorry. I really do not think they would have made any comments but I would have liked to mention it. Conoco is actually very good for CHAR. Thinking about it, Lukoil cannot screw the CHAR shareholders if they expect to do future deals with Conoco. IMO

4. Bermuda and Canada does not seem to be a problem. Somebody asked about Khazkhstan but I did not get a clear answer. It is more a question for Lukoil than for NLG.
