I agree, and I'll be watching for a good dip too. I don't see how paying down debt and reducing/eliminating the cost of servicing that debt can be a bad thing. Who knows what the share price will be in April? And, if you read the bottom of page 3, if they did not do this now any future financing would have to go first and foremost to pay down this debt. Getting a 1000 lb gorilla off their backs before the notes come due in April 2013 and/or before something arises that may require financing between now and then is a smart business move.
