Ain't any doubt, GEEZER, that if the Pharmacist uses the Valimed as you describe, then CDEX is in line to be sued.

The pharmacist sniffs nothing, unless he is hooked on something that is taken by the sniff. He controls the processes, and certifies the work of his technicians because he has confidence in his processes, and trusts the technicians that he has trained in his processes.

Using Valimed as a crutch is what he would really be doing if your description of what is going on is accurate. A dangerous thing both to the hospital and CDEX. I doubt very much if the FDA is amused. When they hear of it, they will swoop.

Maybe back in your day and in your industry, they depended on "eagle eyed inspectors" to assure quality and reliability.
A damn big joke!!

Nowadays, they know better.
